Are you talking about the bigger players behind an NDA? I'm not suggesting disclose that, I'm suggesting disclose the offer if it was actually made to force the other players to act. If it was an offer they would expect it to be disclosed at some stage.
If there was an NDA and the deal has leaked, which is what we are talking about, do you really think it would be trading like it is?
