Goldfields offered $3.05 and GOR now trading at $2.80. Again clear manipulation with 9,000 trades for 11 million shares.
GOR board wants value for the underground and has the balance of power on the the NST takeover of DEG. How much are these worth. Another $1 or so.
GOR has 17.3% of DEG, which has a market cap of $5 billion then that translates to $850 + million for GOR which translates to around 80 cents per GOR shareholder. Goldfields in their offer included 78 cents so pretty close.
