The final price under the SPP was a small discount on the weighted average price for the final week of the offer. Yes, you could have bought them on the market for 36c and maybe for even less in the future -that's the market. And yes, the new shares are added to the total outstanding, ie, more dilution but in this case minor, so the effect on the market price is trivial. There are much bigger factors affecting the SP, in particular a creeping pessimism whether this will take off before it runs out of money and backers. I'm hanging in there. The technology is real, just needs to be commercialised - fast.
