I went to the Syd briefing. The main change in Coby is just like the presentation says , Scaling up for rapid growth. There is a calm certainty about CH's manner. He's always been positive and enthusiastic but i read it as a certainty we'll sign the 3 foundries/IDM and 3 customers this year. He says the foundries and customers are much more proactive in their engagement too.
There is a distinct shift in the market , they all know flash is being phased out, Mram will be niche. Now is the time for them to move to Reram.
From a governance perspective he said we need to be thinking and managing like an ASX100 company.
The Onsemi announcement and automotive qual also both massive boosts.
