My understanding is that EXR will not receive $A30 million until they and their JV partner company are ready to declare a final investment decision. There is significant uncertainty regarding the time frame, - how soon might FID be declared? In the meantime potential shareholders are mulling over whether to purchase at 2c 1.5c or maybe lower. There's a risk that our investment might be stuck in negative territory if it takes months or years to finalise the deal.
