I hold, and I will make money at 10 cents. I shall be voting NO but my weight will certainly not change the no/yes vote to any discernible degree. However I am hoping that, perhaps, some of the accumulation going on may be on behalf of a "rogue" arbitrage fund, that might also see the value in obtaining a no vote, and forcing the debt holders to increase their offer.
If such a "rogue" were to buy at anything up to .098, he would make a modest profit by accepting the .01 on offer, so there would appear to be little downside. The upside could be a successful demand to increase the offer, which presumably would be very rewarding for the rogue, and we minnows would be riding his coat-tails. Or shark tails. Obviously just musing out loud/ramblings of an old mind.
Cheers, madly max
ps ((And to my mind, the position of GPG has been indicated, but not necessarily set in stone.)
