I’m afraid the garbage and lazy projection needs to be called out routinely, even if you try and flee to another thread. All the facts are laid out elsewhere, I recommend any casual posters take the time to evaluate it all (although you have my full sympathy if you choose not to, it’s often pure tripe).
A quick summary for the initiated:
1. The above chart is conveniently truncated, and ignores the >1000% rally that preceded (NB troll trash posters were spouting the exact same garbage throughout this rally). The trigger was the realization of a potential globally significant scandium find (others debate this classification, usually those invested in failing pseudo-scandium projects elsewhere that desperately need attention, but work does need doing to fill out the picture)
2. The reversal was triggered by a dispute in an Aussie high court over the ownership of GPR, who are a major backer of RIM. The court did not ascribe any blame or wrongdoing to the actions of RIM.
3. GPR meanwhile have tried and failed to takeover the board and ergo the company for a pittance rejected by 80% (or thereabouts, certainly a landslide). It gets ugly and personal for those involved, and the boards get flooded with trash talking trolls looking to smash the share price
4. GPR apparently fail to make payments they are contractually required to for the earn-in at the flagship projects, and RIM exercise their right to cancel their participation. This is disputed, and ends up in ongoing arbitration. Trolls delight in the legal expenses and distraction
5. RIM raise funds with (currently at least) full control of the projects and press on with drilling, but the share price falls with all of the above uncertainty. The GPR actions have halted all the momentum
The above poster and his cohorts have been routinely exposed for what they are (some have alluded to them being the actual personages involved in the case - needs examining), posture as objective commentators while actually just try to cause mischief, and write abject nonsense that is easily dismissed.
Most of us (the real shareholders) don’t care who are on the board, or what the politics is all about - we just want drilling and results. These posters have other personal agendas.
