Adding to this, when I am trading, I keep a spreadsheet of my buys sells - something I have done for many years now. It really does help your trading, investing is a whole different subject. I can tell you right now that since starting my spreadsheet, I win 44% of the time with a profit of 46%. I have RED/VAU since the 16 cent days with some play money and have way more that doubled my money. I would never put the amount of investment $$'s I have in VAU on the table to do the same thing though, besides - my holdings are in several accounts.
