Where is NOR's unique idea?
Where is NOR's financial security (beyond employee loans)?

NOR appears to be hanging it's hat on a being an AI remora.
No moat, no first mover advantage, no standalone premises, no material patents, no money, no demonstrable product beyond vapourware at this point.
Go back and read the announcement. A contract with an "estimated" value of $596k a year with payment "subject to a number of payment triggers". Hardly confidence building given NOR's track record.
It's voicemail for goodness sake.
By the time they actually get something in place with Optus (if they do at all) the industry will have moved on to something better.
