Who meets the market covering an 11% spread? Smells of desperation or incompetence, and the $10k figure just seems to add to that. And yeh $10k might only be some Directors secret girlfriend but otherwise it doesn't make a lot of sense to me. Anyway, doesn't matter one bit in the scheme in of things, I am only annoyed cause I wanted to accumulate more down lower
