It's funny how the wheel of sentiment turns so quickly, and is so tightly linked to share price.

I got absolutely canned on this forum a couple of months ago for selling out and saying that the share price was likely to fall due to a then unaaoounced CR as the company had momentum and a few announcements were coming out. Yet same company, the share price is down over 40%, CR complete and the tune has completely changed.

Just an observation...

As for the stock. It's issue is a very fundamental one - it needs to increase revenue, and fairly quickly otherwise there will be another CR later in the year. It looks like the company is trying to tighten its belt to close the gap between cost and revenue. My guess is, that's because revenue has not ramped up as quickly as they hoped. If so, it is not all that surprising, building businesses takes time.

The last three quarters have all seen revenue about the $1.3 M mark, so quarter on quarter growth has not been good for nearly 12 months. Growth is always uneven and these things are hard to predict but after a few positive announcements a couple of months ago I get the feeling that 4DX needs a bit of a jump in revenue, probably to around $2 M for the quarter to begin to turn sentiment around. The sudden focus on cost and a bit of upheaval makes me a little nervous about achieving that. I expected to jump back in after the CR, particularly since the SP has fallen a lot more than I was expecting - I was definitely wrong on that bit - but I'm now thinking I might wait until the next 4C Quarterly numbers in 5 weeks. I really hope it is a good one.
