I would say this announcement comes under Scenario 1 of my predictions yesterday (10-20% increase in SP).
However, 47/170 is more exclusive than I had thought, although some overseas projects will be decided later. Plus, MT's X post is an extra catalyst. These make me think SP has so much further to go than just the 10-20% I expected.
A big unknown with the CRMA announcement is whether Niska etc. are included in the faster 27 months permitting. I'm thinking one way to find out is if Talga signs offtakes more than 19,500 tonnes.
