The recent rise from $1.20ish is welcome. The way it is trading in the last few days to a week is annoying me, particularly after a couple of good announcements. That's it
And that's not limited to OCC. In breief, markets/breadth are spotty/uncertain. Small caps in general are not as strong as I would like. Hopefully sentiment improves. This doesn't mean some smalls won't rip on the right news/day
