You can see where I am going I am sure, does the failure to achieve production ever become a contract breach of the contractor such that there might be financial impacts? I am not talking about inability to get staff or trucks etc, I am talking about failure to plan, to research, to be clever, to be responsible for outcomes. Or is it like the teenage kids, they only do strictly what they are directed to do....?
