Per the earlier posts the business is now going from life support to terminal with a Board that appears to not understand their Directors' Duties. This is especially the case with respect to the Selection of Competent and Capable CEO and LT, stewardship of strategy/risk and potentially non-compliance. Minority shareholders are protected by ASIC Regulatory Guide 62 that ensures markets operate fairly and all shareholders interests are protected which brings to question the engagement of a select number of shareholders in a closed conference call with management.
