LC would have had nothing to do with the Con note raise that is the board and CFO's job, note LC abstained from the vote to endorse the Convertible Note deal and they actually cut it pretty fine with it they were close to less than 2 months cash left which means questions to the ASX.
Since then then CFO has been replaced and they have added another couple of Financial roles to the company both US based one was for budgeting and cost forecasts one for deals and licensing plus other tasks and a new CFO so I think they have sorted that problem internally and won't get that close again.
This is purely my opinion though and from the Job Ads I saw on LinkedIn
I am also hopeful of really good early Oncarlytics and the Mast 1B Cholangio updates.
Azer Cell whilst data is good it was an extra for the main show the OASIS trial.
