Investing $1.72m of my portfolio in LCT would leave me with a sectoral imbalance, so you?re right it?s not that attractive. I also agree that there may not be very many individual LCT shareholders out there who would be prepared to come up with the entire funding package that the company may want at any given time in order to advance to the next stage of development. Nevertheless, I am sure the entire shareholder base collectively could have readily come up with the funds via a SPP (in conjunction with, or without, a sophisticated investor placement), and it may not have had such a negative impact on the share price.

Given management?s recent capital raising actions, I don?t feel any further loyalty to the company (despite the potential of their product) and will follow your advice to buy in at or below the placement price in the coming few months. I look forward to the share price continuing its trend in the short term and dropping back another 20% or so.
