its interesting that when AVL and TMT were combined, it was all of the AVL team that survived the process, the TMT folks all eventually got sacked, apart from one director. Funny that. That suggests to me a very unhealthy "jobs for the boys" environment is the case here. Little interest in refreshing management with new talent and ideas. Probably needs a shake out at board level.
