Albanese said he will do everything by the letter of the law in regard to Pep11 and that’s exactly what he has done in its denial, and the ALP and LNP will continue to DO exactly that, it’s not Scomo Pep11 is dealing with in 2024/25/26–///-/
The Scomo case has absolutely no relevance at all to the ALP,s denial in 2024 of the Pep11 licence, The JA is the final federally elected decision maker for Pep11, and they have made it decision along with the state of NSW and along with 2000 pages of documents to back it up, the only money to made in Pep11 now is the lawyers imo, and it’s going to take years to sort through, and the environmental argument against Pep11 hasn’t even started yet, and that’s if they even need to use it imo !!!
