Or do we all get burned on a cash only takeover because there are holders here whose average is substantially higher than current value and even at a premium on current value, would still likely undercut most of those holders. TM has the approval swing so cant see them approving a takeover unless they have substantial benefit to do so?

Also, are the projects you talking about likely to occur before the need for a CR or takeover occurs? As explained, we have circa 2-3 quarters of cash left at best before they need to CR just to remain floating.

Tenmile and Ryder would want to 2-3x their investment from the 3.8c placement.

Twiggy is Australia's second richest man, a cap raise is a non-issue if needed.

Im only reading between the lines of the last 4C.
