It's a solid wedge, although I'd have to gently disagree on whether it will be 'almost enough' for an acceptable buyout. In my view anything less than $2/share is utterly laughable on an intrinsic value basis and a somewhat more reasonable number starts in the 3s. And even that is without any regard for the strategic value RG derives from a takeout.
