Hmm...how does it affect SYA currently? As in the new Merged entity...if it happens how will it profit? How will its shareholders see any positive outcome? Should SYA and PLL be running the show as it is or should come up with a better plan. Where is SYA's future more secure? Or PLL's for that matter? Should 1MC even exist or be absorbed now? Should the company operate or have its base in Australia where next to nil revenue generating operations are based still or move to the USA? or even Canada? Some of the questions to think about....mainly how to champion the current operation and innovate to better the shareholders I believe that USA will be a safer bet
