It was to do with the issues the PEA was hiding and now the issues are still there in the PFS trying to guess a buyout is a waist of time as there is always commercially sensitive information we dont know about and NDA's inplace to keep sensitve discussions betwwen two parties private. You demand people answer your questions with your passive aggressive atitude then when they answer all you want to do is disagree and argue.
