The value of the stock at any given time is what the buyer is prepared to pay to own the stock.
Appears to me that the SPP could have been handled differently such as less discount, guaranteed allocation, rights issue trading, etc. The low amount raised, limited information on revenue and estimated expenditure all contribute to a lack of confidence, and without investor confidence the share price struggles. As for options, difficult to associate them with any value as exercising options further dilutes SP. Why not buy at 0.29 and hold to see if price approaches first option amount and sell for a good profit?
At the current SP, it has become a watch and see what happens. No point in selling as it could bounce at any time.
