Trouble is his expertise in VEGF-C/VEGF-D pathways don't cut the mustard, as our multifactorial pathway approach to inflammatory conditions is clearly superior than relying just on VGEF. Oh, but maybe the expertise of the Prof Itescu isn’t required anymore ?

Silviu is not perfect, but he is the one who has successfully navigated the Company to approval with a first in class therapy and at least two accelerated approval treatments waiting in the wings.
He has delivered on pricing with treble the expected reimbursement per patient, justified by peer reviewed pharmacoeconomic healthcare claims analysis. The sign up of major insurance payers with little to no push back on discounts suggests he has pitched his case very competently.
Ryoncil is the only game in town right now but @manishv wants to be skeptical . That is his perogative . I believe he is wrong but the manipulated share price currently tends to agree with him. Try selling AUD$200m of Mesoblast shares short in bear market conditions and a share price tend to fall in my experience. Similarly they have a habit of going back up when these bottom feeders try to buy back. The only way they win is if people are frightened into selling their holdings.
It is only going to take a few months of Ryoncil sales to prove these mugs wrong.
Sales are going to be the least of our problems over the next year. Having enough stock to deal with the demand is one my biggest perceived headaches.
To say Mesoblast is going to not make immediate sales is plainly ridiculous . It is akin to saying there will be no paediatric bone marrow transplants , no graft versus host disease , etc. FFS We are the ONLY approved treatment. How can people be so stupid ? We have almost twice the long term survival rate of any other therapy with very few side effects . We have only been open for business for about 24 hours. Can we at least allow any forms to be filled in first Manishv ?
