To all observers this stock is behaving like any other penny stock, the trouble is the market is loaded with traders that can swing the price in large movements when they want in or out, currently the trading world sees no reason to buy in and sellers are controlling the price. The main market is going to ignore this stock until given a reason not to ignore it. The best thing the management are doing is not diluting the share price, stock is tight and when or if the time comes this could shoot up a few hundred percent.

All we know is that they are working on projects, obviously making sales, and the people that sign off on deals are the ones dragging their collective feet. Considering the current share price is hinting at me to buy, I just cannot do it, too many times it will fall past the buy price and only causes second guessing as to your own ability to get it right or that the world is full of either desperate financially stressed stock holders or they are just sick and tired of their holdings dropping each week.
in all of this there is a question that no person knows and that is the timelines that are being controlled by entities outside of managements control.

It is fairly obvious or maybe not that there is a concerted effort to spook holders into selling, that does not work will seasoned investors but will spook those with little market experience. Even that I say I will not buy more right now that position is subject to change, if the stock price dropped to 5 cents through scaremongering or market pressure then I would most likely go on the buy, but I hold nearly 8 million shares so buying a few hundred thousand is not going to make a difference.

News of something would be nice though.
