NUH Action Group, page-51

Former NUH Shareholder here. Sold out of this stock a few years ago. Made a loss. But avoided a total loss though.

I check the NUH HotCopper posts from time to time, including the latest posts during the VA process.

I note that the Major Shareholder Group have spent millions funding Capital Raises, the recent Strategic Review, and the recent VA process.

They have now spent a few more million to pay KPMG, partially pay the Creditors, and effectively take over the Company.

They will then need to spend a few more million keep the Company trading for at least the next 12 months - a Company which will most likely make another material Trading Loss.

Is the NUH Technology really that valuable???

Will the Major Shareholder Group even come close to making any return on their investment???

Just curious, as I cannot understand why the Major Shareholder Group would keep on spending millions upon millions on a Company that:.
- Keeps on making material losses, and,
- Has a Product that never achieved material sale volumes.


The only item that seems to be of value is the NUH Technology. However, is the NUH Technology really that complex??? Surely their Competitors can easily replicate it (IP rights are not always respected - especially by our Friends in the Far East).

Best of Luck to the Major Shareholder Group. Hope they get some return for their efforts.
