A clever bait and switch strategy , the issue was the $2.5mln Realtek CN yet they have ended up paying out well in excess of $6mln it appears. Why didnt they just pay out the $2.5mln CN, increase their equity exposure and still have the IP? I dont know why you would wish this group good luck given their conduct Indeed, what is this IP actually worth? NUH has never been able to sell itself or the tech, and now under Orrecchio the group is in the worst position of all, no chip, no Gen 4 product, huge stock of HP Pro and Max etc that no one will buy but they do have the IP and the Gen 4 designs. They are now back to where they were in 2022 but much much worse. As far as I can tell, the tech only has value in applicatiion not as a standalone. During the trading suspension when Miller was trying to sell the company he could not even get an offer. Surely if the IP was as valuable as Miller continually argued someone would of come in and either bought the company or invested into it covering the $2.5mln well before 7th Sept 2024 and then got on with it yet they didnt. Apparently 3 companies showed interest but not one was prepared to pay. Realtek offered this group a 50% revenue split on the IP and they said no. Yet the chip and gen 4 would of been ready to go. Go figure. But Miller is involved in this group and that explains the lack of business sense these guys have. With Tim Roberston there in Farjoy they certianly had the legal expertise to manoeuvre through the legal maze of the doca and outplay Realtek and everyone else but when it comes to business sense, it doesnt appear the group has any, the fact that Miller is there tells you that. None have any expertise in this business and now are forced to rely on a guy who drove the company to the wall in 2022 only to be saved by realtek and two years later drove the company into bankruptcy. How does one achieve that feat when your business partner and major shareholder is a major semiconductor company beggars belief but he did it. Personally I hope the whole thing goes bust. They have given themselves an 18 mth timeframe and they will probably need to raise at least several million if not well more than $10mln to get themselves into any viable position. They have let the ASX listing lapse removing an important funding source, which is another incredibly myopic decision. Meanwhile over this last 2 yrs the industry has moved and others have caught up. It seems it has become a pet project of a few wealthy individuals who have more money than sense.

If the IP was of much value, then the sharks would have circled the company long time ago.
