    When anything spikes vertically, esp. something that has no dividend, it's not a bad time to be somewhere else.

    I'm not the slightest bit interested in owning gold. I love property. Where I live it's starting to move up again after after about 3 years of stagnation, so
    I'm pretty happy.

    My new build is progressing well, so it's all hunky dory.
