Until PER has a new asset Garner is not going to be able to get insto interest, and he can't back in the new asset until the board is stabilised, so he has to back himself. He now owns 4.6% of PER at approx 1.2 cents , isn't this what all micro-cap investors like to see!!!! PVL is now unable to get control of PER while it trades below cash backing. Above cash backing that could change, but PVL has no incentive to double its position.
