Reading the announcement it states that this is a development partnership with the focus on producing a functional end product between the two organisations. This is an important piece to enable the two tech teams to focus on the work to do. It's basically very similar to the Max Kelsen partnership from a contractual point of view. When a functional product is close then expect to see a commercial agreement put in place which will probably based on who's IP contributes the most to the end product. No need to fret on this until we get closer to the time of that working product.
