Agreed on this. It is inevitable, and a replacement will be good timing as the NZ Economy makes a turn in addition to strong growth prospects (OneRoof) moving forward. At these price levels, there is minimal downside, and with the divvie, you just get paid to wait until he dust settles. Have a reasonable bag, not adding any more until the AGM and this board skirmish is over. I don't think it is a highly followed company here in Australia or on the ASX at all, good quality business, but rarely any discussion going on. I'm holding on mostly to see how the new board can maximise future value and I think OneRoof value unlocking could be the rerate we've all been waiting for. Not sure if a spinoff will work, or selling it is ideal, perhaps the current board can maximise the current golden egg it sits on better than the current one.
Wasting more money looks like its on the cards from the current board though...
