Sadly it confirms the worst of what Clarity has become.
The last patient was dosed in November 2023. The follow up period is 7 days. 16 months later and no results reported.
Worse than this is the fact that Clarity just applied for an up-to-two-years extension to report results.
Much worse than this is that Clarity has not been upfront about these delays and has explicitly avoided reporting them to the ASX (that bastion of oversight). The delay application was made on Wednesday last week. Not a peep out of Clarity. Of course Clarity knew this delay was coming, because it changed it's commentary about reporting SABRE results from "Q1-2025" to "in the coming months" a few weeks ago, and it did this by burying the comment deep, deep down in its half-yearly report.
This sort of behaviour is precisely what hedge funds look for. When a company is performing poorly and trying to hide results from the market, its a picnic for shorters. They have the resources to constantly monitor such companies and make coin at the expense of investors who have faith in company management.
You cop poor trial results when it comes to biotech investing. This sort of B/S is not what anyone signs up for.
