The top executive's pay and bonuses are fully disclosed in audited financial statements - if there's anything irregular or untruthful about the reporting, ASIC, ATO, or the independent auditors would be onto them. For your conspiracy theory to work, a whole lot of people have to be in on it, including 2 of the world's top 4 accounting firms which audit COL/WOW.
But given how confident you are in your assertion that the supermarkets mark up their prices by 400%, which is blatant nonsense, I would cast doubt that this assertion is any more accurate.
