Boorara to Greenfields MILL is about 40km distance
the same distance as it is to the BSwan MILL.

Difference is that the BSwan MILL is BIGGER NEWER less used and  NO TOLLING charges taken out or a royalty on the production.

Once they have these mines producing well and cash at bank its a no brainer to start up that monster BSwan MILL and boost production and send all the ore there imho.
HRZ has the tenements and the mines and now with the POS deal has for no cash paid the massive MILLS and more tenements.

BSwan also has a 3km gold strike right under its open pit and mill and has historic grades way above Phillips Find and Boorara. The costs would be massively lower to mine at BSwan and MILL all ore there from the other mines imho.

BSwan MILL is 220% BIGGER capacity than the Greenfields MILL and 17% bigger than the nearby Kanowna Belle MILL which are both way more used or much older in comparison
(BSwan MILL was used for only 12 years (1997-2009) not 20 like Greenfields or 30 like Kanowna
and now its 100% owned by HRZ from the POS paper swap deal for no cash spent.

"Greenfields Mill is situated 3km east of Coolgardie just off the Great Eastern Highway. The mill has provided a first class toll milling facility to the gold industry for over twenty years. In the current configuration the plant is able to treat approximately one million tons per annum."

The temporary tolling at others MILLS is expensive, reduces revenues and increases costs massively to pay the pied piper (toller). The key to cutting costs, capex and rocketing margins & production is the BSwan MILL restart.
