Well, of late he is threatening wars with every man and his dog. And prior to that he threatened N. Korea and Iran with war and came close to starting a civil war in his own country, which is heating up again. Nor has he ended any wars. But that was not my point. My point was that the only legal avenue to allow him running for a 3rd term is if America is at war. So, given he's a raving lunatic come narcissist, I wouldn't put it past him. Would you?
