I am always impressed very favourably with your knowledge and enthusiasm.

But if the judgement is in our favour as many seem to suspect it will be. I have no view because I simply do not know what the submissions were. the cost costs of getting it I would suspect at about 500,000 and unless it is a total victory, that is there are no need for consequential orders and there is no appeal, these two matters would take up quite some time. And indeed cost in themselves

and APG has to pay the costs and then try to recover it from the other side which is the equivalent to the loss of about 10,000,000 shares at $0.05.

what would you say would be the effect of that ?
