Just speculating but they may agreed, resolved or contracted to transfer the shares when the price was 1.2 cents, for example, say 31 December, and only effected the transfer off market recently. Therefore there is a mismatch in price. I would not be concerned about that transaction or whether or not there is any capital gains tax or not. That is for Holloman.
