The reason for the price increase couldn't be more obvious. The spawn announcement should come any time now. When they spawn, and they almost certainly will, the share price is sure to go up, so the recent buying is speculation on that event. When this year's batch fails, and it probably will, the share price will fall again, probably again to a new low.
Go through the last few years of this company's history. I won't make the pun again, but... okay, I will. This company just smells fishy, stinks like rotting fish, fish out of water, investors are being taken hook, line and sinker, the directors worm their way into naive investors' wallets... okay, that'll do for now.
Disclosure: I wouldn't even invest someone else's money in CSS, even if they had found it on the street and a dog had already crapped all over it.
