a cap raising at the moment makes no sense at all.
without an infrastructure deal it isn't reasonable to start with the DFS.
and until they earnestly can start with the DFS, FMS is with 44m cash sufficiently equipped for the operating activities.
So first infrasctructure deal/JV (or take over...) and then a capital raising from a higher SP level
