The problem is that, even though the actual hearing will be in The Hague, the seat of arbitration remains Accra. So if there are appeals etc, they will go through the Ghanaian court system. If CMD manages to get the seat of arbitration changed then I reckon it's game on, as that opens up the door for litigation financing etc.
