For me, your estimate is a safe bet we should do even better with revenue alone.
Based on the concerns raised I have looked at scenarios based on original project 30M income but with AISC of $2000 and $2500 to be on the most conservative side. Also based on a 50-50 profit share. Happy to stand corrected, also this I know should be only a baseline for current GP.
Also I note that the aggressive sellers may have slept in satisfied after all the limited damage they managed to do yesterday. May be they achieved their goal in suppressing the SP.
