I’m buggered if I can figure out what is going on here.
I don’t accept the price manipulation theories. And with two bidders at $5 I find it a low probability that there would not be a final offer at that price. But I also find it incomprehensible that the fund managers would not be diving into a potential 19% gain if they also perceived a high level of certainty.
