Did Realtek ever actually want to be in a Partnership with the the Major Shareholder Group???

My read on this is that Realtek was just sitting back waiting for this Company to be liquidated and then pick up the IP for free (as their Charge over the Company may have given them priority rights over any assets remaining).

They probably did not expect that the Major Shareholder Group would come up with $6M to complete the Takeover and then commit further Millions to keep the Company Trading.
