These property's are being bought by people who have sold in the last 12-18 months and are now down sizing .
After waiting for property to correct and paying big rent they jump back in thinking
1.they just wont drop any further
2.we cant keep paying rent
The bank are reporting less loans each month so the existing market is not based on people borrowing to buy up.
This is the last stage of the cycle
The next wont be up.
