Interesting (crazy, or dumb???) strategy by the Billis team. They have single handedly trashed the stock with HC mudslinging and legal action from 8 cents to circa 2 cents. At their last substantial notice, they had 206 million shares. That is a self-inflicted wound of circa $12 million. And some people think this bloke is smart???
Unless they see so much value in controlling this company and asset, they think $12 mill is a small price to pay. Thats why regardless of any outcome, we the ordinary shareholders must keep these guys OUT. They cannot steal the asset or the company.
