All they care about is the deal that was signed almost 9 months ago closing and the payment of the fist $3mil to consummate the deal
The board and management - hold on they are the same people funny enough seem in no rush to do anything and given they probably have next to cash left can't really do much in any case = so its a stalemate
When I last spoke to Andrew towards the end of 204 he claimed the mining operation would be going by the end of 2025 and anyone that understands mining would know this is just not true
As a shareholder I have also written to the company a number of times asking if the $3mil is a full payment going in to the JV bank account or will the partner be deducting costs from this payment - no reply
If they are deducting their own costs then really the $3mil is not even newsworthy and perhaps a fizzer given we then have nothing to show for this deal.....so maybe they need to wait until enough boxes are ticked to get the $6mil in and that is the delay
Either way its beyond bad and anyone that thinks its not probably has an average price much higher and is trying to convince themselves otherwise
Would love any constructive feedback on why it taking so long - I suggested to King Andrew that as a sign of good faith get the partner to pay the $3mil into the JV account as either way they are the larger part of the JV and would control the funds but again no reply to this suggestion which to me continues to bother me why is it taking this long and no real news has come from the project for a considerable amount of time now
The company should be holding a webinar or providing an update but again when I ask them its simply crickets....
