I'm strictly layman in this field but even I can see a repeating pattern here.
I've borrowed your chart to illustrate my point.
It looks like a 3rd cup and handle has formed.
The previous 2 had good results. This time the bottom of the cup touched a higher low so (technically speaking) we could presumably be aiming for a higher high?
Your expert opinion would be appreciated. :)
