Alas, IP and many other approached will struggle due to the hard bastard host rock and the relatively thin quartz veining, at least by my understanding, however there may be a couple of newer methods in there that you're calling out that might work.
Roger has always said that the only real way to know is sink a diamond drill into historical workings. I think it's likely the reality too, which is why much of the trend has gone under explored
