Would like to see the details of this case. My sense is that shareholders would likely have a pretty good case against MIN here.
The quantum of the damages and likelihood of success would probably be material I would have thought. MIN have marked this as non price sensitive so they clearly have a different view.
I'll have to try and look up court documents to see what the specifica are.
